Cooking With Michael - Chocolate Covered Rice Crispy Squares


Recipe: 6 Cups Rice Crispies 1/4 Cup Margarine 1/2 tsp Vanilla 40-48 Marshmallows (More for chewyness) 1 Bag of Chocolate Chips 1 tsp Vegetable oil Melt butter in pot, ad in marshmallows until consistently melted. Add vanilla and rice crispies. Mix and place in 9x13 inch greased pan. Let cool Make a double boiler with a metal bowl and water in a pot, place chocolate chips in bowl, add vegetable oil and stir until melted. Pour over rice crispy squares and let harden. Will solidify faster if placed in the fridge.
